Refund policy

To place an order for same/next day delivery/pick up please contact our shop directly via Instagram DM @jasminejohnae or by texting (267) 879-6786. 

Pick Up

Pick up is available in Fairmount, Philadelphia. 

The pick up address and your selected time will be sent your order confirmation. 

Delivery

We offer delivery to Philadelphia and surrounding areas (including parts of South Jersey). 

The order recipient must be available at time of delivery. Our driver is only able to wait up to 10 minutes, after that you may need to reschedule and fees may apply. 

We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or changes to arrangements after the arrangement has been picked up or delivered.  All sales are final and non-refundable.
